ABOUT OLD TOE
Old Toe Rugby is the largest 7's team on the East Coast. Our mission is to create rugby for all no matter age, sex, location, and views. While we started off in 2000 as a social team and maintain that spirit today, we have brought in over 30+ trophies between our men and womens teams.
MEN'S TEAM
Our mens team was created in 2000 by our Founder, Billy DeRosa. We are proud to offer Older Toes for our men above 40, Old Toe for our more socially competitive guys, and Toe Jam for our social players looking to get a run in! Our mens team has won numerous 7's tournaments' including cape fear, blue plumb, and airborne!
WOMEN'S TEAM
Lady Toes was created in 2014 with a desire to create an inclusive environment for all women who are looking to play 7's rugby. We are proud to offer Lady Toes which caters to our socially competitive players as well as Camel Toes that is perfect for our more social ruggers. We have won several tournaments including cape fear, blue plumb, and cotton town!

"So glad to be part of this team. Saturday was the first time I had scored a try in a competitive match since September of 2019. since then I've to deal with a torn ACL, a change of colleges, and 2 different moves on top of the pandemic that we all had to deal with. But Old Toe has been a constant to look forward to that entire time, and I can't do anything but smile when I think about being on the field with y'all. Can't wait for many more seasons to come!"
